Rod’s attention to detail and “do it right” attitude helped him become the area’s most sought out installer of sheet vinyl, linoleum, VCT tile and other resilient products.  Rod specialized in the more technical aspect of installation, such as heat welding and coving.

With the addition of Jerry Fortier as partner, Quality Floor Covering Inc. was formed in April of 2007, adding a commercial flooring showroom in Mount Vernon, WA. 

Jerry started in the flooring industry in 1980, and has an extensive background in sales and management.  Working primarily with commercial businesses since 1992, Jerry has been involved with some of the area’s largest projects, from schools, hotels, banks, hospitals, and commercial properties.

With nearly 60 years of combined experience and unsurpassed knowledge of commercial flooring products.  Rod and Jerry have set their selves apart from their competition.  Because of the quality workmanship, honesty, and dependability, Quality Floor Covering Inc. continues to be the commercial floor covering store of choice by many of the area’s major institutions, including all local hospitals and many of the major general contractors in the Pacific Northwest.
